The Role

As Sales & Marketing Director, you will take the lead in shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring we stay competitive and continue to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Reporting to the board member responsible for sales, you will develop our presence in key markets, including wind energy, and lead a talented sales team in Norway, Denmark, and Lithuania.

  • Develop the Sales Strategy: Define and implement strategies that strengthen our market position, ensuring alignment with Dokka Fasteners’ growth objectives.
  • Drive Customer Relationships: Engage directly with key customers and industry stakeholders to build long-term partnerships, with a focus on the renewable energy sector.
  • Lead the Sales & Marketing Teams: Manage and inspire a team of internal and external sales staff, creating a cohesive and motivated team environment.
  • Market Insight: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and adapt our approach as necessary.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with departments across the organization to ensure smooth and effective operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Ensure an efficient and professional sales force that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base across various industry segments.
  • Strategic Oversight: Collaborate on partnerships, refine our forecasting processes, and maintain a strategic approach to sales.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, and Pricing departments to align on customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Marketing Coordination: Oversee marketing activities, including website development, branding, and event planning, focusing on sales-oriented branding.

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for a seasoned sales leader who brings:

  • Experience in Sales Management: Proven track record in managing sales and marketing within a technical or industrial B2B setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ideally, experience in the wind energy, heavy engineering, or related industries.
  • Customer Focus: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with large, professional customers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to balance strategic insight with hands-on sales management.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams across multiple locations.

Location

Preferably somebody who can work mainly from the office in Brande, alternatively a home office with extended travel to Brande and Norway.
