NOVENCO Building & Industry A/S, a leading provider of energy-efficient ventilation and cooling solutions, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our esteemed R&D Team. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing electrical support, optimizing production processes, building demos and contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical support internally and externally.
• Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electrical installations and assembly.
• Offer electrical support to production teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate on internal and external development projects and build prototypes
• Contribute to product optimization and improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Offer onsite customer support as needed. (Few travel days per. year)
• Educate and train organization members on electrical installation best practices.

Requirements:

• Certified Electrician with knowledge of installation of electrical components.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to task completion.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and English.
• Practical experience in electrical installations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-15 days per year.
