Process Consultant – Help Shape Energinet’s Process Work
Do you want to be part of a workplace that is continuously evolving in step with the accelerating green transition?
Then join a team with the central task of developing and documenting our OT processes.
Welcome to Energinet
In our Process Team, we are seven colleagues working closely together to document and develop business processes and workflows across Energinet.
We strive for standardized processes, which help ensure transparency, alignment, and cross-organizational overview. Furthermore, we have a strategic partnership with the Process Center of Excellence – a cross-functional office responsible for raising process maturity across all of Energinet.
You Document and Develop Processes
We work in an agile setup, where the Scrum Master facilitates the team’s events. Each day begins with a short team meeting to align on tasks and priorities. We value starting the day together before diving into individual or collaborative work.
Our main task in 2025 is to ensure that our OT processes cover our new platform, enabling us to manage operations and preparedness effectively. The work is wide-ranging and involves many capabilities and tools. We are in constant dialogue with our technical teams and security department. This requires you to collaborate with stakeholders and process owners, and to document processes according to the BPMN notation.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Documenting as-is processes
- Designing, developing, and maturing IT and OT processes
- Conducting stakeholder interviews
- Facilitating workshops
- Performing quality assurance
- Providing ad hoc support for process documentation and development
You Have Strong Experience in Process Management
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and analytical skills, who can translate expert knowledge into clearly documented processes aligned with Energinet’s standards. You enjoy both administrative and formalization tasks and thrive in a collaborative environment where you provide service and support across teams.
- We imagine that you:
- Have solid experience with ITIL 4
- Have experience in process mapping, preferably with BPMN
- Thrive in an agile (Scrum) environment
- Preferably have experience with ServiceNow
- Have knowledge of CMMI process maturity
- Understand the connection between main and sub-process levels, and perhaps have insight into digital processes in an IT/OT organization
- Speak and write English fluently (Danish is an advantage but not a requirement)
Special Conditions
The position requires that you can obtain and maintain a security clearance.
You can read more about this process on the PET website.
In certain cases, a background check may be required before clearance is granted.
Location and Work Setup
We are based in Fredericia and offer a flexible hybrid model for on-site and remote work.
