We help our clients recruit more efficiently. Our experience and setup are designed to identify, contact, engage, and assess the best possible candidates for each specific role. We do this guided by our core values – working efficiently, informally, and building long-term client relationships. Our 10 partners all have management backgrounds from specific industries and therefore understand the challenges and dynamics your company faces. This gives us a significant advantage right from the start of each assignment.
In terms of pricing, the complexity of the assignment always determines the final fee. The price is fixed and includes no hidden costs. Typically, the fee level is between 20–25% of the total salary package.

At Brinch & Partners, we carry out approximately 100–125 recruitments annually, most of which are for leadership or specialist positions.

In addition, we handle a range of other consulting assignments such as Outplacement, HR Consulting, and Team Assessments.

The duration of a recruitment process depends on several factors, such as the complexity of the assignment, its geographical location, and the client’s brand strength. A typical recruitment process takes 8–10 weeks from initiation to completion.

For us, uncompromising, informal, and professional recruitment means putting clients and candidates at the center throughout the entire process. It’s never the consultant who matters most.
