The Role

As the Product Manager, you will be the overall responsible for two product areas – Custody Services and Settlements. Reporting to the Head of Custody and Settlement Products, your overall objective is to ensure the commercial product viability and further ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Danish office, as well as colleague from around Europe, in order to ensure the viability of the product suite across four countries. You will be the face of the company when it comes to managing these major accounts.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will, amongst others, be:

• Being up to date on the market, competitors, and clients
• Close to- and nurture primary clients
• Ensuring professional and on-time communication
• Creating and maintaining product roadmap (vision and strategy)
• Responsible for pricing, sales reviews, and budget
• Building business cases on new initiatives

In the role as Product Manager, you will work within a global setup across country lines, and you will communicate and engage with several stakeholders from various layers of the organisation as well as externally. Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to make an impact in terms of driving new initiatives and nurturing existing and new accounts.

Are you the candidate we are looking for?

We imagine that you have +5 years of experience working within a medium – to large sized company. We imagine that you have worked within a financial institution, however the industry you come from is not essential. The most important parameter is your mindset and track-record of solving complex assignments/projects, your innovative drive, and your ability to communicate and manage clients and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Danish and English, and you value working within a team of professional and engaged colleagues.
