Being a global leading medical company requires an ongoing and increasing need for data exchanges and system-to-system integrations. We’re therefore looking for a new IT System Integration Developer who will be passionate about building integrations across the full value chain of Lundbeck.

IT Integration & SAP Basis

You will become a part of a well-established team with 5 other highly competent and dedicated specialists, who’s responsible for SAP basis and Lundbeck’s central integration platforms, which are used on a global level. Apart from integration-design, -development, and implementation, the team is responsible for architecture, maintenance and production of the integration platforms. This implies a variation in the everyday work with various challenges. The team puts great honor in their work to secure, that Lundbeck can strive to improve the lives of patients all over the world.

The Position

You will be a central part in developing new and existing integrations based on IBM Integration Bus (IIB), which in a near future will be upgraded to IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM DataPower Gateway, SAP Cloud Solution, Powershell and Graylog. You will participate in or drive projects, be instrumental in the dialogue with external partners or Line of Business, you will advise on and be a part of the best solution for a given integration challenge. A central part of the role is mapping of data formats and implementing these in ESQL. The work is based on an existing framework and documentation standards, which you will also have influence to improve. Together with the rest of the integration team you will work with tasks covering from platform architecture, and development of new interfaces to implementation and production.

Your background

You are passionate about developing and want to implement solutions that connect different sub-systems making a difference to our business. Moreover you

  • Have relevant training or a relevant degree within IT.
  • Write programs and scripts without worrying so much about the actual programming language.
  • Have a fundamental understanding of network infrastructure, relational databases, systems, and applications.
  • Have a good understanding of communication protocols (HTTP, SFTP/SSH, sFTP, FTPS, etc.) and preferably encryption (certificates, keys, signing)

  • Have the capacity and ambition to prioritize your assignments, driving new initiatives and take the lead in situations, when necessary
  • Have the courage and drive to make decisions.

Previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry or a similar regulated industry is a clear advantage.

As IT System Integration Developer, you will become part of the IT Integration & SAP Basis team within Global IT – a dynamic organization with approximately 130 colleagues around the globe. We deliver digital solutions and secure efficient operations to more than 5600 colleagues across all business areas and geographies.
