Be a part of our universe – in a key strategic role

You will have an important role in a scale up company that has already shown significant results. You are not only a finance professional, but you are also a leader and a team-oriented person that can apply your skillset in a multi-functional and very enthusiastic environment.

Furthermore, you will be a close sparring partner for the CEO and founder. You enjoy working both on a strategic level as well as being hands-on. The role is involving a broad range of tasks related to financial planning and controlling as well as creating a KPI-framework for the management group. You will have an important role in the management team and be part of current and future strategic decisions. Your tasks and responsibility will include:

  • Business and sales controlling
  • Business case modelling
  • Board meetings participation
  • Monthly reporting including key metrics and board reporting
  • Finance strategy, planning, and follow up
  • Build and develop a finance team
  • Controlling
  • Accounting (currently outsourced)
  • Financial management, cash flow forecasting and budgeting
  • Organizing year-end processes on Annual Reports including coordination with external auditors
  • Office administration (office rent, telco, IT etc.)
  • Legal support with the assistance of a lawyer
  • Support and participation in future funding

Who are you?

Most likely, you hold a master’s degree in business economics or accounting, and you have several years of experience from a fast-growing start-up company. No matter your specific background, you have already proven, that you are able to dive into relevant details, gain an overview and deliver results.
