CEO

International growth – Strong leadership – SaaS

As the CEO of the company, you will report to the board and besides P/L-responsibility, you will lead the company and the team in an exciting international growth journey and focus on:

  • Strategic planning and execution focusing on the 2 main customer segments – Education and Enterprise
  • Working continuosly with go-to-market optimzation and ensuring product/market fit
  • Optimizing partner channels (sales and tech partners)
  • Overseeing and governing the transformation of a HW-focused business model to a subscription based combined HW and SaaS business
  • Optimizing SCM
  • Setting directions for the multi-site organization
  • Talent aquisition and organizational development

You lead by example – you want to make a difference together with your organization and the management team, which consists of the CTO, CCO and the CFO. You will be welcomed by a diverse team of colleaugues that are eager to continue the development of the company and by an interesting group of happy customers.

Experienced CEO or Business Unit Manager – Tech industry

You can have gained relevant experience from different fields. Most likely, you have a background from a commercial top management position in a scale up or as CEO from a company focusing on technology, preferable based on a SaaS based business model. You might also have had a career, where you have changed between corporate and startups – taking the best learnings from both worlds. No matter your experience, you thrive on creating results – together with your team. You are professional, analytical, you have integrity and you don’t settle for second best.
