Chief Technology Officer
Strategic mindset – Setting the Tech Road Map & Tech Vision in an international growth company
Would you like to become the CTO in an amazing growth company, managing and developing an already deployed system while leading a 60+ big, team of highly skilled and engaged developers working with cutting edge technologies, located in three different countries? If yes, then we have the perfect challenge for you.
As the new Chief Technology Officer, you will be a central part of the management team and own the Tech strategy, the Tech vision and Tech road map of the company. You will lead the development, operation, and growth of the different systems. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage, structure, lead, drive and own the architecture of the platforms in order to ensure scalability and performance of the systems. You will be responsible for prioritization of tasks in a very agile development setup, with strict documentation demands, where you and your team will build scalable structures. You will also be responsible for the continuous recruitment of new team members to the three different locations (Denmark, North Macedonia, India and Serbia). Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring a high degree of quality/security/compliance, drive the operations and ensure innovative solutions.
Key Criteria for the new Chief Technology Officer:
You have a proven track-record from either a VP or CTO role in a similar company with focus on development, while ensuring operations of already deployed systems. You excellent communication skills and a strong interest in leadership and excels when managing people, building structures and ensuring delivery.
You have a strong +10 years technology background and preferably experience with one or more of the following: Azure, .NET, Angular, Rest API, Cosmos database. You have some experience with Relational and Non-relational databases and microservices architecture, event driven communication and Patterns: CQRS, DDD, Inbox-Outbox, MediatR, event sourcing. Furthermore, you have experience and interest in building and managing distributed development teams – potentially across different sites in an agile environment.
