IT Quality Manager, Global IT Operations, Lundbeck

Being a global leading medical company requires an ongoing and increasing high level of quality in the delivery of IT services throughout the company.

We’re therefore looking for a new IT Quality Manager, who can facilitate the ongoing work to achieve the appropriate and efficient level of quality of IT Services.

IT Compliance & Processes

You will become a part of a team in Global IT Operations responsible for planning and implementing the ongoing improvements and maintenance of the IT Quality System. You will be working closely with especially our IT QA team, but also a wide group of vendors, employees, IT management and internal inspection leads.

The Position

You will be a central part in securing a raising quality level in IT, both in terms of training of employees and consultants, communication, general internal awareness and not least consistency and improvements of compliance and processes.

Key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Planning, managing, and executing IT Quality initiatives
  • Frontrunner in raising the quality level in IT
  • Reporting to management and other stakeholders
  • Document management
  • Audit & inspections
  • Communication and collaboration with main stakeholders

Your background

You have a solid and successful experience working with quality and compliance in a GxP setting, you have a relevant bachelor or candidate and preferably experience from an IT department.

Being successful in this role requires personal skills like being systematic and organized as well as pragmatic and solutions oriented. You are strong in both verbal and written communication. You are a strong facilitator and enjoy bridging the communication between IT stakeholders and the central IT QA function as well as other stakeholders.
