Cyber Security Resilience Manager

In this role, you will have a wide range of interfaces both in Denmark and internationally. You will be responsible for conducting the analyses that form the basis for identifying cyber threats to the organization globally, as well as continuously monitoring networks and infrastructure. Additionally, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining security processes and policies, including user training.
As a natural part of your job, you will also be responsible for configuring and supporting the company’s security platform. Together with your close-knit team, you will carry out awareness campaigns and implement new security solutions
Other tasks include:
- Developing IT security programs and strategies
- Ensuring that team members are prepared to execute Cyber Security tasks
- Advising leaders on cybersecurity and establishing security requirements for the approval of new applications
- Participating in security audits
Your experience and skills
As a candidate for this job, you either have a higher education or relevant certifications and experience in the field. For example, you may be certified as CISSP/CISA or have supplemented your background with other courses related to control frameworks such as NIST/CIS or ISO27000. You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. In addition, you have experience with security audits and the associated tasks that come with them. It would be advantageous if you have experience in implementing cyber risk management in a global organization.
As a person, you are curious about new technologies and trends, and stay up to date with the latest threats and vulnerabilities. You are independent, proactively take ownership of your tasks, and thrive on being responsible for this important area. You are motivated by being in a strong and ambitious team where high quality and reliable solutions are a top priority. You are good at communicating with your colleagues and other collaborators and find it interesting to work in an international environment. Since English is the corporate language, you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.”
