Chief Technology Officer
Fintech – SaaS – Management
Are you an experienced VP of Engineering or CTO with knowledge from a leading SaaS company? Do you have a strong interest in leadership and management of people? If so, here is a unique opportunity to become the CTO of a growing Danish fintech company.
As the new Chief Technology Officer, you will be a central part of the management team with responsibility for the further development of their solutions. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive and own the architecture of the solutions in order to ensure scalability and performance. You will be responsible for the recruitment of new team members and the continuous development and growth of the organisation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring a high degree of quality, driving the support and operations as well as ensuring IT compliance. The company expects a rapid growth, which means that you will have a lot of exciting tasks and development possibilities.
Key Criteria for the new Chief Technology Officer:
You have a proven track-record from either a VP of Engineering or CTO role in a B2B focused SaaS company, preferably from a company that have experienced significant growth. You have a strong interest in leadership and excel when managing people. You have deep technology experience and preferably have experience with the newest technology stack, including cloud services, Typescript etc. Furthermore, you have experience and interest in building up and managing distributed development teams – potentially across different sites. As a person, you are honest, responsible and have a natural interest in people. Furthermore, you are naturally ambitious on behalf of products and the team.
