Manager, Sales Support

Become responsible for the continuous development and management of sales support in an innovative company with green focus and high-quality products

Organize sales support for growth, implement IFS + CRM and process optimization
With the ambition of building our global sales support organization, implement IFS + CRM and work continuously with process optimization, we are looking for a manager with the experience to manage the team and drive this process. Short term focus will be to focus on the daily leadership of the Danish and Dutch (2 persons) sales support organization and drive the process of splitting DK sales and sales support. It will be important to build processes that are robust enough to be rolled out globally. At the same time, the person will mirror the process-lead for sales and CRM in the IFS project and when ready – take this position in the project and continue to have this responsibility, when IFS turns into a process optimization process.

It will be equally important to establish strong relationships internally and secure that all processes within sales support are aligned with the other departments. In addition, you will prioritize tasks and challenge the existing to secure we always have the customer at the centre of all activities.
The position will report to Sales Director, Jakob Bergendorff.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Develop and implement a global sales support structure.
  • Daily management of the team in DK
  • Coordinate the daily workload in the department
  • Secure the response time matches the need from the markets
  • Optimize the processes to secure a seamless workflow
  • Align processes in Sales support with all relevant touchpoints.
  • Setup a measuring / monitoring system.
  • Be the process lead in our ERP / IFS implementation for sales and CRM.

Key success criteria: 

  • Secure that requests received in sales support are answered in due time and with the expected quality.
  • Build a strong internal network.
  • Understand the processes in detail and optimize where needed.
  • Ensure seamless and successful cooperation with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Build a global sales support structure.

Strong Manager with experience from sales support and customer service
Ideally, you have a commercial/service oriented educational background combined with 5+ years of sales support, some of these as manager. You are used to being part of a team and working in a dynamic multinational setting. The most important factors are drive, management skills, the ability to prioritize, constant customer focus and experience with support of technical products.

As a person you are structured, and you are able to manage, plan and organize your and your teams work in an effective, service minded and proactive way. You are a good listener, and you have strong communication and collaboration skills, and you are able to prioritize tasks and streamline processes. You are a manager with an analytical mindset, combined with the ability to understand processes and optimize these with a constant customer focus. Furthermore, you are known for a great drive, a positive mindset, you are robust and thrive in a changing environment, where you are responsible for the management and continuous development of the global sales support. In addition to the above you do have experience working with ERP/CRM systems.

You have a strong command of both written and spoken Danish and English.

The position will be based at the HQ in Denmark, but there will be limited travel to a small sales support team located in the Netherlands.
