Board member with solid international commercial experience from building or the rental industry.
Be a part of taking a dynamic and growing company on to international markets.
Altiflex was founded in 2004 and is developing, producing, and marketing an interim building enclosure system to the construction industry. The solutions of the company are cheaper, much faster to mount, better insulated, provide better working conditions, and are significantly more climate friendly than traditional solutions for temporary enclosures in connection with renovation and new construction. The products are patented and unique in the market and with less than forty SKUs, they can be used for a variety of solutions including façade enclosures, edge protection, partitions, dust walls, scaffolding coverings, tents, workrooms, gates, and doors.
Altiflex has a solid market position and is ready to expand aggressively nationally as well as internationally. If you are ready for a fantastic growth journey, and you have a strong international commercial experience in introducing new products to the construction industry or experience from the international rental industry, then you will not find a better opportunity than this.

Strong international expansion
Altiflex is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and with the vision to establish the Altiflex system as the preferred choice in construction industry. Key direct and indirect customers are typically contractors, builders, subcontractors (e.g. carpenters), equipment rental companies, consultants and architects. The Altiflex products are sold and rented out directly or through partners.
The company has undergone a transformation over the last 2 years, which has resulted in stronger and tighter processes, a new management team, a plug-and-play partner concept, a new product generation, and a strong organization of 35 employees as well as a first batch of partners. The company is therefore geared towards significant product sales growth especially outside of Denmark, where partners buy the modules and are responsible for the entire logistics around rental.
The expectation is that you participate in weekly chairman meetings of two hours and four annual board meetings, two of which are full-day seminars. In addition, you are expected to contribute to tasks such as the preparation of a model for international product sales, development of strategic collaborations and similar commercial initiatives.
Solid international commercial experience related to the construction industry
The right profile for the board role has one of two possible backgrounds. Either you have a solid experience in selling and marketing products to the construction industry in multiple countries. Alternatively, you have a strong international commercial experience from the equipment rental industry. In both cases, it is an advantage if you have experience with introducing products that are different to alternative solutions and requires the market to adapt its routines as well as strong network within the industry. Altiflex is in the process or plans to penetrate the following markets: Northern Europe, Canada, UK and US.
