Supplier Quality Manager

Do you want to be a part of an international team holding the operational and strategic responsibility for Supplier Quality in one of the world’s largest hearing aid device companies?

On behalf of WS Audiology (former Widex), we are looking for an experienced manager, who would enjoy working with Supplier Quality Management as well as leading the IQC-team based in Lynge.

Can you bring managerial quality experience from another international enterprise?

We are looking for an operational, skilled and independent Supplier Quality Manager, who, with report to the Senior Manager for Supplier Quality in Singapore, wants to be a key player in ensuring an ongoing high quality in the components from our suppliers and by being the business partner to the departments (Supplier, Procurement; R&D and Operation) on supplier management topics.

Expected key tasks

  • Managing and leading IQC (QC operators)
  • Supplier Quality Management from strategy to implementation and sign-off with supplier
  • Development and management of suppliers
  • Supplier assessments and supplier audits
  • Supplier monitoring
  • Component/material quality assurance
  • Complaint handling and improvement
  • First Article Approval of new material/supplier
  • Improve efficiency in material turnaround
  • Q-rep in the project

Your background

We expect you to have a relevant and well documented professional background and hold a degree in Electronics or electrical engineering/manufacturing. You have the right practical and people skills combined with non-negotiable good results from a similar position. Therefore, you will probably have at least 3-5 years of experience and are a certified auditor with experience in auditing suppliers according to ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part820.

You are of course fluent in both written and spoken English as well as fluent in Danish.
