HR Manager

To succeed in the role, you need to thrive in performing many diverse tasks, from the basic and practical HR tasks to the long-term and strategic.

What you’ll do

  • Establish a professional HR function with the necessary people processes in an organization undergoing a growth transformation.
  • Develop and implement effective HR concepts and processes in all relevant HR areas such as recruitment and employer branding, pre-and on-boarding, annual employee dialogues and salary talks, performance management, absence/stress, employee and career development and off-boarding
  • Ensure that HR concepts and processes are scalable and aligned with the future growth of the company, for example by implementing relevant HR systems or the like
  • Support the development of an organizational culture based on values that match an organization in growth consisting of up various different nationalities
  • In collaboration with the management team, work strategically with organizational development and value-based leadership development to ensure visionary direction, motivation and outcomes
  • Coordinate and sometimes execute recruitment activities from very basic replies through the HR inbox to working with external recruiters
  • Act as first point of contact in general HR matters
  • Conduct employee engagement/satisfaction survey and make retention/action plan based on results
  • Setup and secure necessary GDPR processes in relation to e.g. recruitment and on-boarding
  • Review and update existing company policies and HR Handbook
  • Create monthly HR Newsletter for internal use
  • Coordinate/lead monthly and biweekly meetings and presentations

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of experience from an HR Manager or HRBP role and preferably experience with establishing an HR function
  • Master’s degree in HRM, psychology or similar
  • Exceptional operational and strategic mindset
  • A very proactive, engaged, structured and self-driven person
  • High level of compassion and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish
  • Knowledge of HR processes in relation to GDPR is a plus
  • International experience is a big plus
