We’re on the lookout for a person who excels at helping enterprises get the most out of their enterprise software investments. A high-energy professional who loves to engage with the customer to drive innovation in their organization, often traveling on-site in the Nordics.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate for this position brings in both the right experience and the right mindset. We are looking for a person in the middle of his/her career who has a solid experience selling Enterprise Software directly to mid-sized and large organizations. This includes understating the benefits of using Software as a Service (SAAS).

You equally enjoy bringing in new customers and develop Leadwork’s business with existing customers. You are an excellent relation-builder and understand the importance of creating long lasting relationship with your customers. You are also a true team player who is not afraid of asking others for help although it’s expected that you take the lead and drive all necessary sales activities. With backup and support from others.

You have a structured sales methodology as part of your “toolbox” and you know what it takes to build a pipeline and how to move opportunities all the way from prospects to a closed deal.

Enterprise Account Executive – the ideal person

We are looking for a person who have the following qualifications:

  • Extensive Enterprise Software sales experience (minimum 5 years) with a success track record of achieving your goals
  • You have a solid sales toolbox and understand the importance of having a structured approach
  • You can communicate complex ideas and strategies in a simple way
  • You have a high level of energy and a “can do attitude”
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and understand that in a scale-up company like Leapwork you will not find a handbook for all tasks
