About the job

We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader for our Corporate Digital Channels – District, which is a vital part of the Customer Engagement and Digital Banking organization in Danske Bank’s Group Development and has teams in Copenhagen, Brabrand and India.

Danske Bank is going through an exciting transformation and growth these years, which also involves a significant acceleration in the digital agenda.

As Head of Corporate Digital Channels, you will be responsible for all channel development for business and corporate clients and users, with a primary focus on development and strategic ambition for our future digital interface towards corporates: District. District is one of the must win battles for Danske Bank in 2019.

Your qualifications

Preferably, you have a university degree within Business Administration or another relevant area and bring along an extensive knowledge and experience from a role with high complexity (development, stakeholders, markets, bridging between execution and strategic scenarios planning)

You have successfully lead business development in a larger international (Nordic) organization, you understand IT architectural principles and how to utilize and build from current and future architectural elements. You drive development from a commercial perspective, routed in deep understanding of value positions, business case foundation and customer needs evaluation.

Wide stakeholder relationship is essential in this role, so you are a strong communicator with a lot of passion and drive. Your team is fundamental for success, so, you are a strong people manager, who has succeeded in building and maintaining high performance teams with a positive and motivating working environment.

You thrive in a rapid changing environment and act as a change agent yourself. You have a natural authority to gain the respect and trust from your stakeholders, your communication is direct, but you are pragmatic and service oriented.

You are fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
