We are currently looking for an analytical and commercial profile who would like to take up a new position as a Strategy Manager within our Global Product Management team.

Your challenges
You will be responsible for driving insights generation and analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data and ensure relevant input to the strategy development of our future product categories. Part of your job will be within Front End with a more agile development approach.

Your tasks will include capturing trends and performing specific analysis, generating category-specific competitive insights, collecting, defining and customizing different analysis to serve as input to product strategies. You will use data and insight to create strategy development where you illustrate strategic implication and advice on future direction opening new business areas. Your task will include being out at the local sales companies and at larger customers presenting ideas, strategy and new products, getting their input.

You will play an active role in innovation activities such as front-end innovation and new business development activities and participate in pre-studies for new product and market opportunities. Here you will be working in an agile environment which requires a more iterative approach.

Being part of a global organisation, you can expect to travel approx. 30 days per year internationally.

You will be a part of a dedicated team of diversified employees with professional skills in strategy development, product management, product marketing and insights. 

Your qualifications

We imagine that you have 5+ years’ experience working with product strategies in a global organisation.

You have a strong analytical profile with a commercial and strategic mindset. In addition, it is important that you can master data modelling methods in order to identify market potential as well as develop business case models to be used for decision material.

You have a structured and analytical approach to task solving, and you take great pride in being thorough and detail oriented in your work. You are a self-driven and independent person with a strong drive, getting your energy from working in an ambitious and knowledge intensive team where results are reached through collaboration with others and dedication.

On a personal level, you are naturally curious and proactive in your approach gaining information, providing solutions/recommendations and you are driven by continuously moving things forward.

It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many stakeholders and that you can drive results in this type of environment.

You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
